Works great

It was a fairly simple operation with two people to put this together took us about an hour and a half. Had a few problems that were quick and taken care of by the manufacturer. The customer service for them is great Danyell, who works in there customer support portion of the company was very helpful. I would highly recommend this.

Good sauna with room for improvement

Sauna works well, but 1) bluetooth connects but the flashing button creates continuous interference and 2) despite my request, the assembly instructions arrived well after the sauna, so I had to guess how to assemble.

Slow sweat

Overall, I am quite frustrated with this sauna compared to one that I tried at a local place first. I tried a sauna at a local place first and at 140 I was sweating within 20 minutes and only stayed in 30. It takes me easily 40 minutes to sweat in this one and I have to stay in 60 minutes to really sweat. I have contacted customer service. All vents are closed and we let it heat up for 20 minutes first. The one we tried locally, I was also pain free after 30 minutes and have had no pain relief with this sauna.

So far so good

Been using this JNH Flex infrared sauna daily for almost a month. Really like it since it doesn't take up too much room and yet it's efficient (placed at the corner of our living room). We use it an hour a day and added electricity cost per day is about $1 USD
